“Discovered our radiator had a crack at 4:30pm the Friday after Thanksgiving. Every shop in town was closed and we were supposed to travel home the next morning. Jake answered his phone and said he could look at the car and get it fixed by the morning. He arranged for a tow truck, worked on it until 11 that night, and had it ready for us to pick up at 7am. Also charged me a fair price when he could have taken me for a ton of money since we were desperate. If I could give Done Right 6 stars, I would.”
